The scope of data processed includes: name and surname, email address, and for online purchases: residence address and billing details. We are committed to protecting your privacy. The controller processes personal data using appropriate technical and organizational security measures in accordance with the company’s Security Project and Act No. 18/2018 Coll.
The controller guarantees the security of processed personal data and ensures that processors act in compliance with the law.
Personal data processed include normal identifying data (name, surname, residence, ID/passport number, contact details) necessary for providing accommodation services. No special category personal data is processed.
The premises are monitored by CCTV for safety, property protection, and company interests. Camera recordings are not accessible and are provided only to law enforcement authorities. Authorized persons are trained in accordance with legal requirements. Recordings are created in a way that minimizes privacy intrusion.
